  Principal and Leadership Trainer

  Ms. Vibha Khosla is an educationist, who has been mentoring students and teachers for more than 2 decades. She is heading a reputed senior secondary school in Delhi and has been appointed by CBSE as the City Coordinator and Master Trainer for training Principals pan India. She specializes in training teachers, coordinators and school heads in the areas of effective communication, pedagogical leadership, creating happiness within and around and many more. Her person-centred approach and dynamism has led her to train more than 10,000 teachers through 200+ trainings pan India. She is a life coach and mentor and is comfortable dealing with the age group of 12 and above. She has an expertise in training individuals and organizations. 

  Psychologist, PhD Scholar

Ms. Irene Khosla is a clinical psychologist who has worked extensively with children and adolescents. She has obtained her masters in Counselling Psychology and is currently pursuing PhD (Psychology). She uses an intervention bases strategy to deal with various problems ranging from anxiety, emotional distress, anger and stress management to name a few. Her specialization includes intervention based therapy, psychometric assessment for all age groups and leadership development training.
